Jeff Lenz is the President and Co-Founder of CELTIC Restoration Group, bringing more than two decades of experience in construction, estimating, and large-loss restoration. Before founding CELTIC, Jeff spent years leading complex commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the Midwest, earning a reputation for accuracy, integrity, and exceptional client communication.
Jeff built CELTIC on a simple principle: treat clients and employees the way you want to be treated. Under his leadership, the company has grown rapidly while maintaining a people-first culture and a relentless commitment to quality and communication. That approach has helped CELTIC earn a place on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years, recognizing the company as one of the fastest-growing private businesses in the country.

As co-founder and Vice President of Sales at CELTIC | 360 Fire & Flood, Mandy Manalli leads with a passion for partnership, integrity, and industry expertise. With 20 years of experience in the restorationindustry, Mandy has built her reputation on creating responsive and relationship-driven solutions for clients across Commercial, Community Association, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Senior Living, and Private Client portfolios.
Known for her strategic approach and hands-on collaboration, Mandy bridges the gap between restoration operations and client needs—ensuring seamless communication, transparent reporting, and consistent delivery of service excellence. Her leadership continues to drive CELTIC | 360’s expansion into new markets, setting the standard for responsiveness, reliability, and results.
When she’s not supporting clients or building strategic partnerships for CELTIC and 360 Fire & Flood, Mandy spends her time with her husband, Mark; their eight-year-old son, Harrison; and the family’s beloved mutt, Cosmo. She enjoys live music, cooking, and hosting family and friends, and brings that same energy for connection and community into her work and leadership style.

Marni Chiero

With over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial property management, construction, and operations, Marni brings a rare, 360-degree understanding of what customers truly need during disaster events. Having spent two decades on the client side, she has lived the pressure of juggling tenants, insurance adjusters, vendors, budgets, and high-stakes emergencies—giving her a unique advantage in the restoration industry.
Before joining Celtic/360 Fire & Flood, Marni managed portfolios that required navigating floods, fires, storm events, mechanical failures, and difficult restoration negotiations. She has worked with franchise and corporate restoration companies of every type—experiencing firsthand the gaps, inefficiencies, and frustrations that property managers face daily. That experience is what now drives her mission: to disrupt the restoration industry by delivering a faster, more transparent, more customer-centric experience.
Marni specializes in building trust with property managers, facility teams, and asset owners by thinking like a partner—not a vendor. She is relentless about communication, proactive planning, and going the extra mile to reduce downtime and protect clients’ best interests. Her background allows her to anticipate issues before they happen, streamline decision-making during live events, and advocate for fair, accurate, and clearly justified scopes.

Joe Schutzius

Joe oversees residential multi-family and HOA client relationships. Joe joined CELTIC after more than a decade in the HOA property management industry, building a strong foundation through roles including Portfolio Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Director. Known for his strengths in contract renewal, customer retention, and relationship management, he transitioned out of daily property management in 2018 to pursue a healthier work–life balance while remaining deeply connected to the industry.
As a trusted ambassador for CELTIC Restoration Group, Joe ensures the company maintains a consistent, credible, and service-focused presence across the market. A dedicated industry volunteer, he has been an active member of CAI’s Conference & Expo Committee for over ten years, including five years as Committee Chair from 2019 to 2024. In 2025, he was elected to the CAI Board of Directors, where he continues to champion education, collaboration, and professional excellence. His engagement extends to several other organizations, including IREM’s Premier Awards Committee, the CAA Tradeshow & Education Task Force, and various other volunteer initiatives throughout the year.
Outside of his professional and volunteer roles, he enjoys a vibrant home life with his wife and three children, staying actively involved in their many extracurriculars—from sports to dance and everything in between. Thriving in both career and family life, Joe embraces a full schedule and makes the most of every moment.
