From start to finish, I can’t recommend CELTIC highly enough. From Mandy, VP of Operations, stopping by (on her way to an event!) to make sure things would immediately get rolling, to any of CELTIC’s crew or subcontractors, everyone took great care of us. And the transformation of our condo was impressive. Communication was always quick and easy, and our estimator Shawn made a stressful and unideal situation better. The work was done on time and skillfully. I really felt like Shawn always had our best interests in mind, and sincerely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Love working with CELTIC Restoration! As a Property Manager our success during loss events is greatly dependent on the Teams we engage with. CELTIC has always worked diligently to ensure that they mitigate any loss thrown their way in a timely manner. This quick to action response has saved the communities I work with from further damages by their crews showing up and doing whatever is needed to secure the situation. With detailed reporting and photos they send a plan of action as well. I have had the Pleasure of working with Joe S. The Director of Business Development on multiple occasions. He has taken the time to visit onsite at my property recently to help us create an emergency protocol which they were desperately in need of. The property just so happened to have a loss that same day. It was a unit owners responsibility and Joe went with me to the unit and explained the need and process for their team to come in right away to remove the sewage that penetrated the unit. This resulted in the owner engaging their services directly. Each occurrence they have provided very professional service and are my go to restoration company.
